Four Oaks Vacation Packages

This is a motel with rooms that directly connect with the parking lot. It is clean, but has no frills nor amenities. It is perfect for a short, cheap stay by a very secure human who doesn’t mind feeling uncomfortable for a night as long as it saves him money. The Formica was peeling off the small, interrogation style table. The shoe molding along the base was loose and needed to be re-nailed and caulked. The sink drained slowly and needed to be snaked. The entire room was clean, which was one of its few redeeming qualities. The outlets next to the bed barely held my phone charger because of how loosely the prongs were allowed to engage with the positive and negative terminals. The bed was very firm and noisy and a few extra pillows would have been nice. The door did not tightly seal and there were large gaps between the door and the frame, letting in hot air and reducing the feeling of security. The air conditioner worked well, however. There was a television, but I did not use it so I can not comment on it. The shower was decent, but poorly designed. Water spilled, unabated, onto the floor of the bathroom while showering due to multiple idiotic factors. However, the water pressure was decent. The toilet was a quality Toto product and worked well. The included refrigerator made loud, unsettling noises throughout the night. Overall, it was unpleasant. But, for a single man on a budget, it got the job done. 2 1/2 stars.

Clean room pool gym game room

The property has an excellent location. Lobby has an absolutely unique vibe, great background music for hanging out or even light work. Breakfast was good and available for room service. Rooftop a plus. King corner room was great.

Stayed for 1 night to attend a concert at the DPAC. It's a perfect location for close proximity to the DPAC
